des Haarausfalls gekennzeichnet &#8211; aber es gibt einen Haken.&nbsp;Der Haarausfall beginnt normalerweise erst etwa drei Monate nach dem ausl\u00f6senden Ereignis.&nbsp;Warum?&nbsp;Sobald die Haarfollikel vorzeitig in die Telogenphase eintreten, dauert es ungef\u00e4hr drei Monate, bis der Zyklus abgeschlossen ist und das Haar abgesto\u00dfen ist.&nbsp;Stress ist einer von mehreren Ausl\u00f6sern des Telogen-Effluviums.&nbsp;Medikamente, schwere Krankheiten und&nbsp;Geburt&nbsp;k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls eine Episode
